Born in Cleveland Ohio and raised in San Diego, Hank Wayne's interest in radio & electronic communications can be described as a lifelong passion. In his early teens, he could be found installing radios in small crevices of official buildings, and today, he has expanded to the fire and emergency vehicles of San Diego.

With over 30 years of experience in radio, electronics, and communications, Hanks expertise is hard to come by. He has used this knowledge not only in the field but also to teach - recently he was recruited by the prestigious MIT to share his expertise.

He has also built a state-of-the-art emergency communications vehicle which is well-equipped with every tool necessary for repair and communications during fires and other emergency situations. His vehicle and services were used extensively during San Diego's firestorms.
